1. Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This policy applies to all paid online meetings\/sessions provided by BS-P, including (but not limited to) IT\/AI consulting sessions, FEM-related sessions, and other advisory sessions delivered online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Booking & Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before booking, please review this page carefully.
By completing a booking and\/or payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Session Format<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Sessions are provided online (e.g., Google Meet or equivalent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The session duration and fee are shown at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If real-time AI translation is used, it is intended to support communication and demonstrate technology-assisted collaboration. Minor inaccuracies may occur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    4. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    4.1 Client Cancellations \/ Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours<\/strong> of the scheduled start time are non-refundable<\/strong> (100% cancellation fee<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For cancellations made more than 24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled start time:\n
        \n
      • You may request a refund; a refund processing fee of 10%<\/strong> will be deducted.
        This fee covers payment processing costs (including Stripe fees) and administrative handling.
        If the actual processing cost exceeds 10%, BS-P will cover the difference<\/strong> (you will not be charged more than 10%).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Alternatively, we may offer priority rescheduling<\/strong> (subject to availability) as an option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4.2 Refund Processing Timeline (Guideline)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If a refund is approved, we aim to process it within approximately one month<\/strong> after the cancellation request is confirmed.
        Actual timing may vary depending on the payment method, financial institutions, and operational circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        4.3 Organizer Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        In the unlikely event that we must cancel the session, you may choose either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • a full refund<\/strong> (no processing fee), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • priority rescheduling<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          4.4 No-Show<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          If you do not join the meeting within a reasonable time after the scheduled start (e.g., 10 minutes), it will be treated as a no-show<\/strong> and is non-refundable<\/strong>, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.ree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          5. Code of Conduct (Zero Tolerance)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          We maintain a strictly professional environment. The following behaviors are not tolerated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • aggressive behavior, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or verbal abuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • threats, intimidation, or persistent disruptive conduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6. Right to Terminate (No Refund)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            If the Code of Conduct is violated, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            7. Scope of Service (What This Service Is \/ Is Not)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • This service provides professional advice, guidance, and strategic consultation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • It does not<\/strong> guarantee specific outcomes or business results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Unless explicitly agreed in writing, it does not<\/strong> include implementation work, hands-on execution, or ongoing operational support beyond the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              8. Confidentiality & Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (if you have a separate page, link it here).
              We may take minimal notes to deliver the service and follow up when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              9. Recording<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Unless explicitly agreed by both parties in advance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • We do not record sessions, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You may not record the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                10. Cooling-off Notice (If Applicable)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
