1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid online meetings/sessions provided by BS-P, including (but not limited to) IT/AI consulting sessions, FEM-related sessions, and other advisory sessions delivered online.

2. Booking & Agreement

Before booking, please review this page carefully.
By completing a booking and/or payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Cancellation Policy.

3. Session Format

  • Sessions are provided online (e.g., Google Meet or equivalent).
  • The session duration and fee are shown at the time of booking.
  • If real-time AI translation is used, it is intended to support communication and demonstrate technology-assisted collaboration. Minor inaccuracies may occur.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations / Changes

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).
  • For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
    • You may request a refund; a refund processing fee of 10% will be deducted.
      This fee covers payment processing costs (including Stripe fees) and administrative handling.
      If the actual processing cost exceeds 10%, BS-P will cover the difference (you will not be charged more than 10%).
    • Alternatively, we may offer priority rescheduling (subject to availability) as an option.

4.2 Refund Processing Timeline (Guideline)

If a refund is approved, we aim to process it within approximately one month after the cancellation request is confirmed.
Actual timing may vary depending on the payment method, financial institutions, and operational circumstances.

4.3 Organizer Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the session, you may choose either:

  • a full refund (no processing fee), or
  • priority rescheduling.

4.4 No-Show

If you do not join the meeting within a reasonable time after the scheduled start (e.g., 10 minutes), it will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.ree otherwise.

5. Code of Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

We maintain a strictly professional environment. The following behaviors are not tolerated:

  • aggressive behavior, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or verbal abuse
  • threats, intimidation, or persistent disruptive conduct

6. Right to Terminate (No Refund)

If the Code of Conduct is violated, we reserve the right to terminate the session immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Scope of Service (What This Service Is / Is Not)

  • This service provides professional advice, guidance, and strategic consultation.
  • It does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results.
  • Unless explicitly agreed in writing, it does not include implementation work, hands-on execution, or ongoing operational support beyond the session.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (if you have a separate page, link it here).
We may take minimal notes to deliver the service and follow up when necessary.

9. Recording

Unless explicitly agreed by both parties in advance:

  • We do not record sessions, and
  • You may not record the session.

10. Cooling-off Notice (If Applicable)

Cooling-off rights vary by jurisdiction and the nature of the transaction. If you believe cooling-off rules may apply to your situation, please contact us before booking via /biz/contact/.

We may update this policy as needed. The latest version will be posted on this page and will apply to future bookings.
